Chè mochi xoài ấm nóng với viên mochi vàng tinh tươm dẻo thơm hương xoài, bột bánh dẻo trong, nước chè ngọt thanh, ấm nóng, thích hợp cho bữa ăn nhẹ trong những ngày lạnh.
Xoài xay nhuyễn mịn. Đun nóng 30ml nước cốt dừa, cho vào tô lớn, thêm vào xoài. Sau đó, cho từ từ bột nếp vào, mang bao tay nhồi cho bột dẻo, mịn không dính tay. Sau đó vo viên tròn nhỏ tùy ý.
Nấu 1 nồi nước sôi, cho các viên bột vào luộc. Khi thấy các viên bột nổi lên, bạn luộc thêm 3-4 phút nữa rồi vớt ra cho vào tô nước lạnh 1 phút. Trước khi vớt ra 1 cái tô khác. Cho mật ong vào trộn đều. Cho các viên xoài không dính.
Nấu 1 lít nước sôi, cho bột báng vào luộc. Khi thấy các viên bột báng trong veo thì tắt bếp. Để 2 phút cho bột báng lắng xuống. Chắt bỏ phần nước đục. Bây giờ bạn cho đường vào nồi bột báng bắt lên bếp nấu với lửa nhỏ 5-7 phút cho đường tan, thì cho các viên mochi xoài vào nấu 5 phút. Cuối cùng cho 300ml sữa tươi vào nấu 1 phút là tắt bếp.
