Cho tỏi băm, 1 muỗng cà phê đường, 2 muỗng canh giấm gạo, 1/4 muỗng cà phê tiêu, 1 muỗng canh nước tương, 2 muỗng cà phê dầu ớt và khuấy đều lên. Lấy dưa leo ra cho ráo bớt nước và thấm khô. Cho dưa vào tô khác, rưới toàn bột nước sốt dầu ớt lên và trộn thật đều là xong rồi đó.
