Mít sống rửa sạch, để ráo nước rồi cắt thành miếng nhỏ vừa ăn. Cho 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn vào chảo làm nóng, thả mít sống vào chiên sơ cho săn lại, hơi vàng thì vớt ra để ráo dầu.

Sau đó chi mít đã chiên vào, nêm 2 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, 2 muỗng cà phê đường và 1/4 muỗng cà phê bột ngọt, trộn đều lên. Chế 80ml nước dừa vào, đảo đều và kho ở lửa liu riu khoảng 15 phút là mít chín. Tắt bếp, thêm chút rau răm lên trên.
