Cánh gà rim cà chua có vị chua ngọt dễ ăn, thịt cánh đậm đà thấm đẫm sốt cà chua sánh quyện hấp dẫn. Món ăn rất lý tưởng cho bữa tối của gia đình bạn đấy!
Cánh gà rửa sạch, dùng khăn giấy thấm cho khô rồi dùng dao khía vài đường trên thân cánh để khi ướp gà nhanh thấm gia vị. Sau đó đem ướp cánh gà với ½ phần gừng và tỏi băm nhỏ, 1 muỗng cà phê đường, rượu trắng, 2 muỗng cà phê nước tương trong 1 tô, dùng đũa đảo cho gia vị và cánh gà được trộn đều với nhau.
Hành tây cắt miếng nhỏ. Cà chua 1 quả cắt múi cau, 1 quả bỏ hạt, cho vào máy xay nhuyễn cùng với một ít nước.
Làm nóng dầu trong chảo (dùng chảo nhỏ để lợi dầu), gắp từng miếng cánh gà vào chiên cho vàng đều hai mặt, để lửa vừa.
Khi cánh gà hơi xém cạnh, trút hành tây vào xào sơ. Kế đó đổ hỗn hợp cà chua xay nhuyễn vào.
Thêm 1 muỗng cà phê nước tương, muối và 1 muỗng cà phê đường vừa ăn rồi đảo đều. Khi thấy hỗn hợp sốt bắt đầu sôi thì đậy vung và hạ nhỏ lửa, rim khoảng 30 phút.
Mở nắp vung, trút nốt phần cà chua còn lại vào, đảo đều chờ sôi lại rồi đậy nắp, tiếp tục rim nhỏ lửa trong 15 phút nữa, đến khi phần nước sốt sánh đặc và cà chua bám đều quanh cánh gà thì tắt bếp.
Rắc tiêu rồi gắp cánh gà ra đĩa. Rắc lá chanh cắt sợi nhỏ hoặc bóp vụn (lá chanh khô) lên trên mặt.
