Để thêm chừng 5-7 phút nữa rút điện, mở nắp nồi ra cho hơi nóng bay bớt ra và nước trên nắp vung không rỏ xuống xôi. Sau đó đổ 20g đường vào trộn.
Cắt thơm thành từng miếng mỏng nhỏ vừa phải, xếp xung quanh đáy tô lớn, ở chính giữa đáy của tô đặt 1 miếng kiwi cắt thành hình trái tim. Sau đó múc xôi vào 1/3 tô, dàn mỏng, nén chặt, rồi rải táo tàu, câu kỷ tử, hạt sen và nho khô xung quanh tô. Đổ tiếp 1 lớp xôi dày, nén chặt vào. Đem tô xôi này hấp cách thủy thêm 10 phút là hoàn thành.
Khi ăn, lật đổ khuôn xôi ra đĩa, lật ngược lại là xong.
